Contact
Tanko is made and supported by one person, Nathan Stewart at I4C Studio. Every message goes to the same inbox and is read by the person who wrote the tool: i4ctime@i4c.studio.
Reporting a problem
If a file will not convert or the result looks wrong, these details make it possible to reproduce the problem. Please do not attach the file itself unless asked. Tanko never sees your comics, manga or PDF files, and a description is usually enough.
- What you were converting: the file type, roughly how large it is and how many files.
- The settings you chose and the exact text of any error message.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on an iPhone.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Questions, ideas and corrections
Requests for a format or a device that is not supported yet are welcome, and so are corrections to the guides. If a step in a guide no longer matches what an app shows on screen, say which guide and which step and it will be fixed.
Privacy requests
Tanko has no accounts and stores none of your files, so there is normally nothing held about you. Questions about analytics or advertising data are covered on the privacy page, and you can write to the same address about anything it does not answer.
Response time and the studio
Replies usually take a few days. There is no support team and no ticket system, only one inbox. For anything about the studio itself or its other products, see i4c.studio/en/contact. More about who is behind Tanko is on the about page.
